X-Men #1 (Marvel 1963) CGC 2.5 1st Appearance of X-Men MEGA-KEY! Comic

This listing is for X-Men #1, published by Marvel Comics in 1963. This is of course a mega-key issue that includes the 1st appearance of the X-Men and Magneto. This comic is rated 2.5 ("Good+") by CGC and has "Cream to Off-White Pages". It likely would have graded a lot higher if not for some color fade to the front cover (see pictures above).
