The reason people get comics graded is not have a bunch of questions regarding condition. CGC has determined the condition and book is what it is a CGC 3.5 and the value is what the market is for this book as of 2019.

I realize people want more pictures so I have added a few, but this still does not change the fact it has been deemed a 3.5 Grade by CGC. We are firm on our price and will not be lowering this book anymore.
