Fantastic Four #1 (1961) Origin & 1st Appearance Mega Key Cgc 5.0 Unpressed Rare

VERY NICE AND RARE MID-HIGHER GRADE FANTASTIC FOUR #1 (ORIGINAL FROM 1961, NOT A COPY) FEATURING THE 1ST APPEARANCE AND ORIGIN OF THE FANTASTIC FOUR, MARVEL'S FIRST SUPERHERO TEAM, CGC GRADED 5.0 (COULD EASILY BE 5.5 OR POSSIBLY 6.0). NEVER BEEN PRESSED OR CLEANED WITH CREAM TO OFF WHITE PAGES. Overall in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION WITH AMAZINGLY SHARP COVER. Fairly sharp corners with some fuzziness at tips.

Excellent spine with only minor to moderate wear, NO RIPS/ tears. AMAZING COLOR, NO large folds except for one in the middle that very lightly breaks the surface and wold probably be cleaned up with a good press. EXCELLENT edges with NO chipping (tiny amount of paper loss on right edge, it's NOT a chip). Back is in very clean shape.

NO marks, NO stamps, just some minor aging discoloration. OVERALL A BEAUTIFUL COPY, WITH NO QUALIFIERS. Excellent newer case with hardly any wear. Extremely rare to find out there in good shape that's not all tore up to pieces. Used parts so they will have minor imperfections, so please look at pictures.
